Camp Fa-Ho-Cha

Odd Fellows Hopkins Lodge 17 offers free camp experience for kids

The Minnesota Odd Fellow Youth Camp is known as "Camp Fa-Ho-Cha", the acronym of Faith, Hope and Charity. The Camp is located on a 25 acre island on German Lake which is about 20 miles NE of Mankato, Minnesota. The camp has eight A-frame cabins. There are men/women showers and bathrooms newly constructed in 1996. The 40’ x 64’ recreation hall also serves as the kitchen area. The lake has 5.5 miles of shoreline and the camp island has 1.3 miles of shoreline.

The last two full weeks in July are scheduled for boys and girls camps, respectively.

Campers are sponsored by a Minnesota Odd Fellow lodge. The Camp is licensed to have 40 boys one week and 40 girls another week. To participate, boys and girls are asked to fill out an application.
